Madison Gonzalez-Fritter was born and raised in Gilroy. She is the firm's Legal Assistant.
Madison joined the firm in 2013. She is an important member of the team, assisting clients in many different ways. Madison also works on accident and personal injury matters with the attorneys. She handles serious matters with compassion and grace.
In her work with clients, Madison is their primary contact in the middle part of the case. She keeps clients updated, checks to see how they are feeling, finds out what providers are treating them, gathers documents, and explains how the process works.
Madison also oversees personal injury files in the information-gathering phase, corresponding with doctors, insurance adjusters, and lien providers. When cases progress toward litigation, Madison becomes the Litigation Assistant, taking care of the discovery process and trial preparation, including scheduling depositions and hearings.
Clients find Madison to be thoughtful and kindhearted. She is always eager to help clients and other members of the team. Madison truly enjoys working with her family members and being part of the family business.
Madison graduated from Valley Christian High School in 2010. Before joining the firm, she got her cosmetology license but decided she wanted to join the family business instead. Madison also thought learning the legal field was a good idea, since her husband — now a third-year law student at Santa Clara Law School — is on track to becoming a lawyer. When Michael isn't studying, they enjoy spending time outside, going to the Aquarium, and hanging out with their Chihuahua, Lola.
