Milton F. Gonzalez was born and raised in Gilroy. He graduated from Saint Mary Parochial School and Gilroy High School. Milton is well-known in the community and has helped many clients through very difficult situations. With a career spanning more than 30 years in Northern and Southern California, Milton thrives on developing assertive and strategic solutions that meet his clients’ needs and goals.
Milton’s extensive criminal and civil trial experience spans all levels of California state and federal courts. He brings to his practice a logical, problem-solving approach, keen attention to detail, and a passion for protecting his clients’ rights. Milton listens to his clients and is strongly protective of them. He worked for ten years as a Conflicts Attorney for Santa Clara County, is a certified pro tem judge, and served as a pro tem judge for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Milton is fluent in Spanish and English.
Milton's clients spare no superlatives in describing him, including "exceptional." His passion and fierce determination in achieving the best result impress clients. They also characterize him as caring, reassuring, and compassionate. Clients give him high marks across the board, but especially appreciate that he communicates directly and responds promptly when clients make inquiries. Most importantly of all, Milton puts his clients at ease and enables them to go about their lives comfortably while he handles the case.
As patriarch of the family, Milton guides everyone. His law partner and daughter Zoi lovingly describes him as "seriously one of a kind." Milton and his wife Donna — the Office Manager — set up the law firm when Milton was just out of law school. They have been a stalwart team through the years, both in business and in their personal lives. There is no greater testament to their success as professionals and parents than the fact that their daughters Zoi and Madison and son-in-law Kyle are now part of the family business.
When not defending his clients' rights, Milton enjoys glamping, boating, fishing, horseback riding, gardening, and cooking.
For more than 30 years, Milton and the whole family have taken two vacations every year, one to Lake Don Pedro and the other to Shasta Lake. This family not only works very well together — they relax and spend real family time together too. That tells you everything you need to know about how strong their family ties are.
